well, it's the end of 2008 and i can sincerely say that i've enjoyed this year to the MAX!! i can't help but wonder what the new year will bring me...

a basic recap of the year 2008 (from my point-of-view):

January

~ celebrated my 19th birthday with a friend. never happened before but there's always a first for everything :3
~ beginning of my 3rd semester at college

February

~ celebrated Chinese New Year with family + extended family (who came from Perlis, Sungai Petani & Kuala Lumpur respectively)
~ starting to feel the study pressure from the short semester Dx

March

~ finished my short semester ...with one failed subject oTZ
~ the end of the month marked the beginning of my 4th semester at college

April

~ gained a new friend this semester :)
~ re-took Engineering Maths 3 with my juniors Dx

May

~ promoted to Communications Director of the renewed AMGC club [Anime, Manga, Games & Cosplay]
~ preparations for ICHIbanzai '08 beginning to intensify
~ cosplay costume completed for ICHIbanzai '08

June

~ AMGC club of KDU Penang held its first ever ACG event on campus (also the 1st major ACG event held in the Northern Peninsular), which was christened the name 'ICHIbanzai'
~ mid-term exams crawling up after the successful event Dx

July

~ celebrated mum's 48th birthday
~ things are mellowing down after ICHIbanzai
~ preparations for final exams at the end of the month

August

~ 2 weeks of semester break \(^_^)/
~ stopped staying at the hostel
~ the end of the month marked the beginning of my 5th semester at college

September

~ Justin, former president of AMGC, steps down to give way to the junior committee before leaving for his internship at KL
~ promoted to one of the 5-member Board of Directors of the club, who oversees the club from the outside

October

~ celebrated dad's 48th birthday
~ faced mid-term exams, which were really tough Dx

November

~ preparations for Comic Fiesta '08 begins to intensify
~ Justin returns after 3 months of internship at KL

December

~ sat for final exams and passed all the subjects! \(^_^)/
~ celebrated sister's 15th birthday ..and gave her a surprise birthday present :D
~ traveled to KL to attend Comic Fiesta '08
~ traveled to Pulau Langkawi for Christmas
~ ready to end the year with a BANG!

this year was definitely a whirlwind of a LOTTA things xD

therefore, my new year's resolutions are:

~ to do my best in my studies, no matter what happens
~ to strengthen my familial and friendship bonds [except with one person]
~ to enjoy life to the fullest!
~ to remember to carry out my resolutions XD

i'd say that pretty much sums up what i resolute for every year 8D
