finished my afternoon class early coz it was only the first day so our lecturer let us off earlier today \(^_^)/ not to mention, he hasn't taught us enough stuff to do anything at the lab xD

on my way back home, a thought crossed my mind...
"I want ice-cream!" 8D
so i texted sis and asked if she wanted one too... we both agreed on getting a McD ice-cream each but another thought came to mind...
"How do I hold my sister's ice-cream and mine while driving?" Dx
so i revised my little plan of sneaking getting ice-cream for us both... then, i remembered that Jusco Bandar Perda had a Baskin Robbins shop too! 8D so i decided to get a pint of ice-cream xD

bought Cream 'n Cookies and Very Berry Strawberry flavors in a pint and drove home :D reached home in record time and shared the ice-cream with sis.
another thought came to mind...
"How do we hide the tub from mum?" oTZ
so we finished the pint of ice-cream 8D and decided to stash the paper bag amongst the 'papers to be recycled' stack and wash the tub and hide it somewhere in the study room XD
another thought came to mind...
"What about the dry ice?" Dx
what dry ice, you ask... it's the dry ice that the staff of Baskin Robbins use to keep the ice-cream cool in the paper bag. it was kinda cool actually...except you can't touch the ice otherwise you risk getting burns >_< so while we mulled over what to do with the ice, i went ahead and washed the tub...
then, i got an idea...kufufufufu.... 8D
"Why don't we put the dry ice in the water and see what happens?" 8D

as it turned out, putting dry ice in water creates lotsa smoke 8D it took some time for each piece of ice to actually dissolve Dx but it was cool watching nonetheless 8D



and now, the tub is drying in the study room in an obscure area where mum won't be able to spot it 8D

woke up around 10am courtesy of the alarm i set last night xD had a light breakfast before heading off to college.

good thing there wasn't much traffic on the bridge so it didn't take me long to reach campus :D decided to park illegally somewhere else today coz i ran out of change xD

mulled over what subjects to take this coming semester... checked with Intan and as it turned out, i have 4 out of 5 classes with her XD good thing none of the subjects clashed although i had to take an alternate subject different from my plans coz the 2 subjects clashed Dx but it's all good coz thanks to a little planning, i don't have classes on Mondays and Fridays \(^_^)/ unfortunately, that means all my classes will run from morning till evening oTZ

so here's a peek at my new timetable:-
Tuesdays: Microcomputer Interfacing + lab
Wednesdays: Project Lab A; Microwave & Satellite Communications
Thursdays: Network Analysis & Communications Principles; Microapplication

another bad news is that all public holidays for the coming 4 1/2 months fall on either Friday or Saturday oTZ

worst is i won't be able to make it to this year's GACC TT___TT the dates that the event fall on are the last 2 days of my sem break and i definitely won't be able to make it back on time to attend classes after registration day...

finished my Switching paper in an hour today 8D left for an early lunch around 11am :D the mamak stall wasn't ready for lunchtime yet so i went to the nearby KFC instead XD returned to campus about an hour later and hung around the library coz there was a meeting to discuss the upcoming ICHIbanzai '09 event.

an hour later, the rest of the committee members finally arrived and we booked a discussion room as usual. waited for the current president to arrive before starting the meeting Dx mulled over what to do and who to do what till about 3.39pm oTZ the meeting was dismissed coz most of the committee members didn't have their lunch yet =_=" not to mention, there will definitely be another meeting some time soon seeing as we haven't completely finalized event-related agendas oTZ

arrived home around 4pm and surfed the net a bit before leaving to pick up sis from her tuition class at 5.15pm. apparently my clock was wrong and sis was already waiting outside the tuition centre by the time i reached there Dx came home and had a few slices of bread with peanut butter spread since my stomach was growling again Dx

slept in today :P woke up around 1.30pm-ish and had a late lunch XD then went for my piano lesson ...which ended around 4pm.

my, sis and mum left for the Penang Food Fair at PISA around 5pm-ish and arrived around 6pm. had a difficult time looking for a parking space since there were A LOT of people there Dx

there were over 50 food stalls set up so it was kinda hard deciding what to eat first XD

unfortunately, the day was spoiled by a sudden rainfall Dx not to mention, we were in the middle of eating and it just started raining heavily oTZ good thing there were stalls nearby so we 'sheltered' under their tents until the rain died down XD

it didn't actually stop raining... just a light drizzle so we made our way into the stadium where there were MORE stalls but they were selling cookery stuff instead :/ as we walked around the place, we came across a Häagen-Dazs stall 8D they were having some sort of promotional thing going on so they were selling mini-tubs and boxes of 4 mini-tubs. managed to convince mum to buy us each a mini-tub XD i got the strawberry & cream flavor and sis got the vanilla flavor :)

then we walked around some more but mum got worried that it would start raining heavily again so we decided to leave early around 8pm...

and that's it for today XD

this morning felt like driving through smoke Dx since the haze was so thick, it practically covered everything oTZ

good thing i read through my notes last night so i didn't really have to cram everything this morning 8D apparently, they've changed the way they conduct an exam this semester... they assigned us seat numbers according to the subject we were sitting for Dx

good thing today's paper wasn't too difficult to sit through ...made it through in just one hour 8D

now, i have about 5 more days before sitting for my next and last paper ...which is next Monday Dx

currently, it's 5 days away from my final exam for the semester Dx not that i'm that worried about the exams...


okay, i lied.

i'm pretty nervous about the exams coz there's a whole LOAD of stuff that i need to memorize oTZ my memory span is bad enough

good thing the dates between the two papers are about 5 days apart ...that means more time for me to study...not that i'm looking forward to it or anything /headwall

another good thing, i have about TWO WEEKS of sem break afterwards \(^_^)/
which, to me, means more time to catch up to my anime 8D
